1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the websites, portals, documentation, and services operated by CAELION LLC (Georgia, USA) and CAELION Advisory Solutions Pvt Ltd (India), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are accessing these services on behalf of an enterprise entity, you warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

CAELION™, Trace8 AIR™, Cube23™, RiskVantis™, Digicrypsis™, Meridian FinOps™, Meridian NetOps™, Meridian APM™, and The CAELION Harness™ are trademarks and service marks of CAELION Advisory Solutions Pvt Ltd and CAELION LLC.

The Cube23 execution protocol is subject to a provisional patent filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). All software architectures, interface designs, thin-line diagrams, and documentation remain the proprietary intellectual property of CAELION.

3. Enterprise Subscriptions & Managed Service Contracts

Use of our production software products, transformation programmes, and 24×7 Managed SOC/NOC services is governed by executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed enterprise contract, the executed enterprise contract shall prevail.

4. Permitted Use & Security Testing

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any binary components, or attempt to probe or bypass security mechanisms without prior written authorization under our responsible disclosure program.
